Apply CSS custom theme to Fiori App

Hi Experts,

I wrote CSS   in Theme designer tool.I am able to see changes when I wrote CSS.

But after publishing  I am adding the Parameter sap-cssurl="Link" to original Fiori App link.There I am unable to see the changes that I applied through CSS.

Kindly suggest how to Proceed with custom theme applied through CSS.
