Employee Lookup

Hello Experts,

I am working with SAPUi5 development to create a mobile application using Neptune Software. I have created the application now i want to add features like get Superior and Subordinate employee on the app. I have added the button on the screen to achieve this but i dont understand how to declare its funcationality I dont understand how to achieve this? If anybody have any idea regarding this issue please let me know.
