How to pass multiple values to get_entityset?

Hi,

I have two input fields based on which i have to get the results from get_entityset method.On click on button how do i pass these two input values to get the table values.

Should we use it via filter ? if we use filter the method will be hit twice right right one for getting data then other one more to set filter on collected set.

How to pass the input values or call the service from front end for the above scenario?

I am using mobile library table.
