SAP UI5 Application Execution

Team,

I am new to SAP UI5, Developing applications using Eclips Kepler Tool, when i try to execute the INDEX.HTML directly from the directory applications not get's loaded, but when i use deploy at SAP/executing using Eclips tool applications execute properly.

Please provide me solution for below mentioned points.

1. how i can execute the application directly from the workspace directory itself.

2. How to convert these application to mobile apps(.APK) Files.
