Purchase Requisition Approval Apps Deployment Issues

Hi Expert,

We have problem to deploy the Purchase Requisition Apps extension developed using Web IDE. After the deployment, we test the apps and after click on the 'Requisition Approval' tiles nothing appear. Seem like it calling sandbox.js from index.html and encounter an error since sandbox.js is not exist. We have extend and deploy successfully  for PO Approval apps, Approve Travel Expense and Approve Travel Request. For all this apps we don't find any sandbox.js been called. Can anyone guide us regarding this?
