How to configure and add the fiori?

Hi,
    I am basically a front end developer ,started my career as a mobile app developer in android,hybrid. Now am working as a Front end developer In SAPUI5 and Fiori application development.But i dont know the backend configuration for fiori and launchpad. But now i am interesting to know those things, such as how to add the fiori component and launchpad config with SAP. so to get to know these things where i need to step up?.. please share any link or pdf to add the fiori conponent and launchpaf config? as a mobile  front end developer am i able to complete the launchpad config alone or should i need a help from any backend team?. please help me on this.
