issue while connecting web IDE to local GW system

Hi,

i have installed web IDE to my system as given below

now im trying to connect to my local gateway system. As per document i have to run these command in command prompt:

cd /d C:\SAPWebIDE\eclipse

mkdir config_master\service.destinations\destinations

cd config_master\service.destinations\destinations

echo #ServiceDestination > <mysystem>

could you please let me know what is #ServiceDestination in this?
