Header Bar is pushing footer off the bottom of the page.

I need to add a customer header to my new SAPUI5 app.

To achieve this, I've changed the following CSS rules....

.sapMShellLogo

.sapMShellHeaderRight

.sapMShellHeaderText

to include:

  display:inline-block

This now displays the header fine.

Problem is, the footer is now pushed off the bottom of the page

What am I doing wrong?

Here's how the footer is implemented, after the content. (I've tried it within the content tags but this crashes out.
