Hi Experts,
So, lets say i want to filter a table.
The value I select from a DropdownBox are to be used as the actual filters.
Searching all around (SAP UI5 SDK, SCN, etc...) I've figured out so far i have to create a filter using my DropdownBox value and add it to the table binding, but couldn't actually get it to work, the dataset I'm using comes from an outside source, so no local data, the DropdownBox is already binded to my dataset values I want to use as filters.
Does anyone has any idea of how to get it to work?? If so, a working example would come very much in handy.
Just to give an idea...:
Lets say my DropdownBox has in it's list "1", "2" and "3" and my table brings up every result because all I have on it are "1s", "2s" and "3s" as my records values.
Based on my DropdownBox selected value i want to filter that table results (let's say by selecting "1"), after selecting it making it show just the "1s" values.
Well.. any help is good help.
